Homeopathic Pellets (Common Single Remedies)

The classical single-remedy homeopathic pellets — typically 30C potency, 3–5 pellets dissolved under the tongue away from food and strong flavours. Each remedy has a distinct picture; choose the one whose pattern most closely matches the symptoms.

Arnica montana 30C

3–5 pellets every 1–2 hours after any bump, bruise, fall, surgery, or overexertion — the first remedy for trauma, soreness, and bruising.

Pairs well with: Arnica gel topically (never on broken skin)

Aconitum napellus 30C
