Stomach Ulcers & Gastritis

Soothe the gastric lining, address H. pylori if present, and reduce mucosal inflammation with demulcent and antimicrobial botanicals.

Prevention
Key nutrients: Zinc carnosine, vitamin C (buffered), vitamin A, sulforaphane, polyphenols, fiber.
Eat regularly: Cabbage juice (raw), broccoli sprouts, manuka honey, fermented foods, bone broth, ginger, turmeric, leafy greens, berries; avoid NSAIDs, excess alcohol, smoking, chronic stress.
Eat smaller meals, avoid late-night eating, manage stress (a major driver of ulcer flare-ups), and test for H. pylori with persistent gastritis.
