Numb acute pain, fight oral bacteria, and strengthen gum tissue.

Prevention
Key nutrients: Calcium, vitamin K2, vitamin D, CoQ10, vitamin C.
Eat regularly: Sardines with bones, leafy greens, natto, cheese, eggs, citrus, bell peppers, green tea.
Floss and brush gently; reduce added sugar and frequent snacking.
